No progress whatsoever! please help out
that means the helper tool crashed. Can you try reinstalling or checking any anti-virtus/security software that might be causing issues? Also, is there a crash log in /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/? If so, please email to support@twocanoes.com.

Thanks for your prompt reply. i dont have any antivirus or any security software except clean my mac app. Also, i dont see any crash report related to this issue. I cant create or restore image. I tried re install several times. Also, i tired in both Mac os Mojave & Catalina. Any other suggestions ?
that is so strange. can you look in /var/log/system.log and see if there are any winclone error messages?
